SCHEDULING RULES:
REGULAR SEASON:
PLAYOFFS:
NOTE: If there are disputes with scheduling where Team A can play within the deadlines but Team B can only play after the deadlines, Team A will ALWAYS be given preference and may end up with a FF Win as Team B is required to play within the dates stated.
REGULAR SEASON:
- Each Team is expected to have a Main Contact that will be responsible for scheduling.
- If you do not hear back from a Main Contact within 3 Days of messaging, you can claim a FF win. This does not apply if a Match has already been scheduled.
- Teams can schedule a Match for any Date and Time within the Regular Season Deadlines.
- Once a Date and Time has been agreed on by both Teams, that Match is locked in unless both Teams agree to change it.
- If a Team is 20 minutes late for a Match, they FF the Series.
- Vetoes are expected to be done when the Match is being scheduled or no more than 20 minutes after the Match was scheduled to start.
- If an Admin feels that a particular Team is the cause of a delay, whether it's a delay to Vetoes and/or starting the Match, they have the right to FF a Team for time wasting.
PLAYOFFS:
- Once a Date and Time has been agreed on by both Teams, that Match is locked in unless both Teams agree to change it.
- If you do not hear back from a Main Contact within 48 hours of messaging, you can claim a FF win. This only applies to Direct Messages on Twitter/X or Direct Discord Messages. If a contacts settings prevent you from sending a Direct Message, sending them a public @ will also be accepted. This does not apply if a Match has already been scheduled.
- All Teams are required to complete at least 4 Playoff Matches during Stage 1, if they are still competing.
- If your Team has completed at least 3 Playoff Matches, you will be allowed to schedule up to 2 days after the Stage 1 deadline if both Teams agree. See 'NOTE' below if your opponent does not agree.
- All Teams are required to complete Playoffs by the end of Stage 2, for those that are still competing. However, there will be flexibility on the Winners, Losers and Grand Finals.
NOTE: If there are disputes with scheduling where Team A can play within the deadlines but Team B can only play after the deadlines, Team A will ALWAYS be given preference and may end up with a FF Win as Team B is required to play within the dates stated.
MATCH RULES:

GA'S:
STREAKS:
SNAKING:
NOTE: In the event that a problem occurs and a solution is not provided in these rules, one will have to be produced. The aim will be to make sure the appropriate action is taken and to make sure that it's consistent across multiple disputes, but there may be slight changes to this new rule for each situation as there could be mitigating factors between problems.
MONITOR CAM & VOD:
- All PC players must stream. If a PC player does not Stream (or have any POV) their Team will FF the Series.
- You are allowed to find a Caster for your Series but PC players must still Stream. Teams cannot refuse to be Streamed if they have already agreed to getting a Caster.
- If your PC would likely struggle to run the game and Stream at the same time, streaming a monitor cam to Twitter/X is also acceptable.
- If POV is lost mid Map, you can have the Map ended and this will then be handled as though a player has lagged out.
- If there was no POV or POV was lost mid Map for the Map winner, it must be replayed. This rule would be used for situations where players are not aware that their POV was lost mid Map.
- If both Teams agree, they can choose to enable Killcams to get an instant POV of opponents. If they're not enabled when agreed on, the Map must be ended immediately to make the changes.
- If you want your opponents to show their monitor cam or do a PC reset, you must send clips to an Admin. If they think the evidence is sufficient, they can enforce a Team to show their monitor cam or do a PC reset.
- You can automatically enforce a player or Team to show their monitor cam or PC reset if you are also willing to do the same.
- Alternatively, if an Admin is available to watch a players monitor cam through a Discord stream, that will also suffice.
HOST:
- Each Team will be allowed 1 Host Drop for the whole Series. This also applies to having incorrect game settings.
- If host is dropped once, the Map is restarted from 0-0 in Hardpoint, but replayed from the current score in Search & Destroy and Control.
- If host is dropped a 2nd time by a Team, they will FF the Map.
- You can request a host change if you can show your opponent video evidence of lag. This can go to an Admin to force a host change if the host doesn't comply.
EVIDENCE OF LAG:
- If you cannot provide video evidence to support the following claims, you will receive FFs.
- HARDPOINT - If the game is visibly unplayable for a 15 second period, take note of the score and have the Map ended to get a host change and play for remaining points. Lack of proof means a FF for the Match.
- SEARCH & DESTROY - If you die due to visible lag or the game is visibly unplayable for a 15 second period, the Round will become void and the Map is ended to restart from the score before the issue. Lack of proof means a FF for the Round.
- CONTROL - If you die due to visible lag or the game is visibly unplayable for a 15 second period, the Round will become void and the Map is ended to restart from the score before the issue.. Lack of proof means a FF for the Round.
HARDPOINT:
- Scan, Game Crash or Lag Out during the first hill means a full map reset.
- Scan or Game Crash after the first hill means the map is ended and restarted to play for remaining points.
- Lag Out after the first hill means the map is to be continued for the player to join back. If the lobby is closed, the rule directly above will apply.
- At the restart, Teams should spawn in on the same side they first started the Map on.
SEARCH & DESTROY:
- If an issue occurs before first blood, the game is to be ended to play for remaining rounds.
- If an issue occurs after first blood, the current round is to be played out, then the game can be restarted to play for remaining rounds.
- If an issue occurs on Map Point or Round 11, the round is to be ended immediately, unless the player with the issue died earlier in the round.
- If there are more rounds to be played after Map Point, the player with the issue can be brought back in.
- At the restart, Teams should spawn in on the same side they started the last Round on before it was ended.
CONTROL:
- Scan, Game Crash or Lag Out during the first round means a full map reset.
- Scan or Game Crash during any round means it is to be ended, with the current map score still standing.
- Lag Out during any round means the map is to be continued for the player to join back. If the lobby is closed, the rule directly above will apply.
- At the restart, Teams should spawn in on the same side they started the last Round on before it was ended.
GA'S:
- Use of GA's during a Map will result in a Map FF.
- The opponent can decide to finish the Map if they wish to.
- If the Map is played out after noticing broken GA's then the end result of the Map will stand.
STREAKS:
- Cruise Missile is currently the only streak allowed.
- Use of any other Streak will result in a Map FF.
- If a Restricted Streak is called in accidentally or as a joke at the end of a Map, it will result in a Map FF. If this situation was to occur, Teams may feel that the Streak would have no consequence on the result of the Map but there will be no flexibility on this rule.
- Having Streaks will have no effect on any ruling that is made outside of this section. If a Map must be ended and you had Streaks, it's just an unfortunate situation.
SNAKING:
- If you believe a Player was Snaking against you during a gunfight, you must have the Map ended to send a clip to an Admin.
- If an admin believes that you have snaked during a gunfight, you will FF the Map.
- If an admin does not believe that you have snaked, the Map is to be restarted to play for remaining Points/Rounds.
- The current description for snaking is changing your stance from standing to crouch/prone in 3 rapid motions during a gunfight.
- The timing of this rapid motion may be subjective in different cases to different admins, but it will be down to the admin that's dealing with your situation to make that call.

- Higher Seeded Team must choose to act as Team A or Team B. If it's unclear who is the Higher Seed (Standings not updated) this can be decided by a coin toss, or one Team can simply allow their opponent to let them pick.
- Team A gets first choice of which game they would like to host.
- Team B gets second choice of which game they would like to host.
- Team A gets third choice of which game they would like to host.
- Team B hosts the remaining two games.
- Side choice will go to whichever team is not currently hosting the game.

ROSTER CHANGES:
- Teams can make a Roster Change at any time during the Regular Season.
- There can be no clashes with Rosters, including Sub players.

- SUB STRIKES - Maximum of 4 subs during the Regular Season. (Players not registered to the Roster)
- If you need to make a 9th Roster Change, you must get clearance from at least 5 other Teams in your Pool to make the change. This is to show that the majority of your Pool supports your Roster Change.
- If you need to use a 5th Sub (outside player) of the Season during a Series, you must get permission from your opponents to play them.
SUBS:
- Each Team can add 1 Sub to their Roster
- If a Team does not have a Sub registered, they can add one at any time if they have a Sub spot open. Or they can make a Roster Change if the Sub spot is already filled.
- Teams can only bring in a Sub mid-series if they are registered to their Roster, but that Sub must complete the Series.
- If you bring in a sub for your Series that is not registered to your Roster, that will count as 1 Sub Strike against you.
PLAYOFFS:
- Any Team that has at least 1 Roster Strike available can make 1 Roster Change before their first Playoff Match. They must then stick with that Roster.
- If a Team has maxed out their Roster Changes, they must compete in Playoffs with the Roster that is currently registered.
- You cannot make any Roster Changes during Playoffs.
NOTE: As the website cannot be updated instantly with Roster Changes, a change will become official once it has been submitted to the Kinetic Leagues Discord.
